GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
Printed and embroidered items cannot be returned. Please reach out to our office if there is a defect or error with your order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Please email email@example.com with your Order # and reason for return.
- We will email you a Return Authorization (RA#) within 2 days.
- Your return must be shipped within 5 days of this Return Authorization or your return credit will NOT be granted.
- The item must not be worn, other than trying it on, and not washed.
- Refunds are usually issued within 2 business days of our receipt of the item(s).
- Use your choice of carrier for return shipping.
- If your return is due to our error, damage, defects, or is materially different, please let us know and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
